The American Red Cross is dedicated to saving lives, easing suffering and restoring hope at home and around the world. The local Red Cross annually mobilizes relief to the victims of more than 170 disasters in a nine-county area, trains over 20,000 people in vital lifesaving skills and assists over 6 military families a day with emergency communication and support services.
